Additional Information
From 01.01.2020 breakfast will be included in the price.
If it is possible to accommodate 1 more person in the room, an extra bed + 1000 rubles per day.
Single occupancy
For single occupancy the full cost of the room will be charged – 1000 rub.
The price includes breakfast
As a rule, the cost of food is NOT DEDUCTED from the cost of accommodation.
The room and food are considered paid from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
Children discounts
0-2 years old: 100% 3-5 years old: 50% 6-12 years old: 20%
Booking policy
Prepayment of 30% via a link. Confirmation by email at natalia.bencharova@gmail.com or by phone at +7 914 895 7865. In case of technical malfunctions in the room, it will be replaced by equivalent or higher category.
Room prepayment
You will receive a response to your booking request with the link for online prepayment.
By clicking the link you will be automatically redirected to the online payment website PayU, where you will be asked to provide your card details. All of your details are secured safely and in compliance with security standards PCI DSS. We only receive a notification of your payment.
You will receive payment confirmation by email at the address you provided during the payment process. Immediately after the payment you will be redirected to our website. It may take from 5 seconds to a couple of minutes before we receive the notification of your payment. If you encounter any problems with your payment please call the customer support center of PayU at 8-800-200-32-62 or 8 (495) 721-32-62. There are no charges if you pay by bank card. In case of cancellation of the order you will get your money back to your card in compliance with the return policy.
Prepayment return policy
In case of cancellation until one week prior to arrival date you will get a full refund. In case of cancellation less than one week prior to arrival date we will withhold the amount for one night’s accomodation.
